They dispatched someone quickly and provided a reasonable pricing quotation for a few possibilities. We opted not to purchase any new parts just yet. They performed a thorough check of the existing door and all of its components before reattaching the pull-handle and reopening the entrance. We will absolutely contact them when something needs to be replaced.

I called and received a fair quotation. That afternoon, they were able to stop by. They came out to install a new opener and spring at our request. He was kind and competent. It did take the two hours he predicted it would. After finishing the job, he cleaned up and removed the old opener. There have been no problems with the garage door opener thus far. If you need a garage door, I'd suggest this business.

This company is scandalous. I called the company to replace the rubber pad between the garage and the floor. They advised me it costs $30 for the service call but they would take it off the installation. I asked about how much installation would be because if it was going to be pricey, I don’t need to pay $30 for someone to come tell me the exact price. He said $100 on the low end and up to $250 on the high end. I said that’s fine and whether I could pay the service fee by credit card. He said yes. When he came, he said $350 per door so $700 total. Then when he took my card, he was texting my credit card info to someone else’s cell phone. I told them to bill my appropriately. They then call and demanded for me to pay before he would leave. When I call the main number, the mailbox is full and no one answers it now. I don’t know where all these good reviews came from because it seems they subcontracted this out for someone to make $30 off of people who believe this is an honest and legitimate company. Do not bother with them.

Technicians showed up to our home reeking of freshly smoked marijuana. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone in the driveway. Told me that I had to replace my 10 rollers (on my 4 year old system) and that the bill would be close to $600!!! Horrible company representation!! I tried to do the right thing and support a local business!! Will NEVER use this company again! Door Doctor came in and fixed the problem, which had nothing to do with the rollers, in 3 minutes, stapled loose wires to the ceiling and REFUSED TO TAKE A PENNY!!!
