i worked here and it was terriblethe manager at the time (idk if it's still her now) kept calling me "pretty girl" in a condescending way as if that was all to me; which was also really upsetting bc i was one of the ONLY women of color working there and she was also a woman of coloras a shopper, staff is hard to find when i needed to get something downthe store areas kept changing too so it was hard to find stuff

Only passed by here once and it's only a shell of what it used to be like when going to malls were still a big thing. Now the store is quite empty and it'll take some time before you can get some service. The good thing though is that most of the stuff on display are on clearance sale or are heavily discounted so you can find some awesome steals or hidden gems.

I came here a few times and was happy with the first few experiences. I'm not very picky. I don't try stuff I'm always in a rush and typically only stay about a half hour in retail stores. I recently bought a dress and when I went to wear it the next day I couldn't because their was no button on the front. I went in a few days later to return it and they said I got it on sale and their was nothing They could do. I told them I couldn't wear the dress the tags were still on it.... with a front button missing. I asked if they had the same one in the same size. With out looking she said they didn't have that dress anymore. They gave me back half of what I paid for the dress and they was forced to use that credit that same day. I will not be returning to this location.

This is a great store...Forever 21 is an awesome store with a great variety of clothes! You can always find something there just by browsing! Things just pop out at you..they are so cute. .I don't know anyone who doesn't love Forever 21 & the prices cannot be beat! But the best thing about Forever 21 is the sales people..they are so friendly & helpful..especially Dakota! She can help you find just what you need...with a smile!
