Poor customer service. The store closed at 6:00 pm. I was at the store at 5:35 pm. When I went to try some clothes on she closed the fitting room an told me that it was closed. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

They really know about Pianos fixing them they also have many different pianos to sell They have a beautiful show room filled with different types of pianos All different years and models I found in very interesting John is knowledgeable on his pianos

Run, don't walk AWAY from this Loft. The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I stood on line to MAKE A PURCHASE and the 2 associates were too busy with one customer opening a credit card to even acknowledge me for nearly 30 minutes in a deserted store in a deserted mall. One associate was going on and on the customer about how and where she could use her new credit card and the other disappeared into the back. Neither could smile, say hello and perhaps apologize for the wait and that they'd be with me shortly. That's all; I wasn't expecting much but they set a new LOW bar. I finally had to leave to teach a class and just dropped my merchandise on the counter and left. No reaction. Loft: people have choices. Brick and mortar retail is suffering. Customers don't need to. I will never return and they lost a customer.
