Never shop at Lowes! We received a defective product after ordering through Lowes. The returns cashier refused to refund me because she said I didn't provide the original packaging. Also the so-called "manager" said the same thing. She told me to "have a nice day" and to "get out of the store." They treat their customers like garbage. I am 72 years old. This has never happened to me in my entire life. I have returned many items to hardware stores with no problems. I wrote a google review about this incident. Lowes responded and told me to reach out to them by calling a number provided. I did reach out to them and spoke to someone who assured me that I would receive another phone call within 24 hours that would resolve the problem. I also sent an email to their corporate headquarters. Six days later I have heard nothing back to my phone call or email. Not only did they rip me off of my money by selling me a defective item, but now they will do nothing to resolve the problem. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH LOWES, OR SHOP THERE, BECAUSE IF WHAT YOU BUY IS DEFECTIVE, THEY REFUSE TO EVEN TALK ABOUT IT.

It is my pleasure to take the time to complete this survey this evening. The staff you have employed at this Lowes location from Sean the Manager to Dasha in Customer Service and Erik on the floor were beyond exemplary. As the Founder/Director of a Westchester based nonprofit that furnishes homes for the homeless veterans housed in NYS value and an exceptional product is so important. I decided to take a trip to Lowe's to look at the flooring needed for our new warehouse. We needed stock that was reasonably priced, durable and within our budget. Immediately on the floor Erik offered me assistance. He was able to pop into his handheld device the exact amount of stock I would need for the flooring. After speaking with the store Manager Sean who has made it known in the community how much Lowe's values our nation's First Responders and Veterans, we made the purchase that was completed by Dasha in Customer Service. Talk about a winning team. Dasha immediately processed an order that I have no doubt will be delivered to our warehouse with ease. On Memorial Day weekend, so many celebrate the holiday season, but I know Lowe's honors those that serve and remembers the true meaning of this holiday. By helping our organization, you have ensured that homeless veterans in your community will have furniture stored in a warehouse that is cleaned and tidy.

I went to Lowe's on 3/23/24 to buy annuals from their garden department. The arrangement table was up, but they were not in yet. I asked if they would be in by the following Sunday ( Easter) and the cashier didn't know. I called on Weds. The girl on the phone didn't seem to know what annuals were, but then told me they were in. I drove there to find out they were still not in and the cashier did not know when they were coming in. I called the store number back to complain. The same woman answered. I did not raise my voice, but once the woman realized I was the same person calling about the annuals she hung up. called 5 more times. I was hung up on immediately 4 times. On the 3rd call though, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. I called once more. A different woman answered. She seemed surprised that I was upset on the phone, but new immediately that annuals were not in yet. Never again. Will be going to Home Depot from now on.

I purchased a microwave drawer oven from Lowes and had them install it 1.5 months ago. Yesterday while cooking potatoes it started to shoot steam out covering the wood below and on the sides. I immediately called the store and they connected me with SHARP the manufacturer. That was the amount of service they provided. As it turned out SHARP customer service is incompetent. My one hour phone call with the rep was a disaster. He would ask a question put me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes return and do the same thing over and over and over. I finally just hung up and called the store manager today who said that was their process. So beware you get no support from LOWES and as for SHARP they are much worse.

Terrible customer service. Associates standing around and seemed bothered when asking for help. I used to love Lowes but I'm done. there is more to my issues with them but I don't want to get aggravated again. waiting for a response from Lowe's Corporate.

Went to get propane tank refill/ exchange along with water bottle exchange. I was told by customer service I could not enter the store with empty tank, ok so I put the tank back in my car and returned to the store and attempted to purchase via customer service was told Togo to register to purchase. After returning outside to pick up a new tank. There was no place to park. There were vehicles parked throughout the front of the store. I waited outside in sweltering heat when passed by two employees who told me they couldn't help because "The manager had the key:. The wise ass at the register did not call for someone to come out and exchange the tank for me. My wife had to go back into the store and ask again for assistance. This was a Monday morning and the store was empty... now I know why....

If I could give 0 I would. First of all the issue I have is one of the MANY issues I have with Lowes, but I'll start with DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from Lowes PERIOD. Go to a small business that would love your business. They took me for $8600 and have refused to help me since. First my refrigerator arrived DENTED. They sent me a new one but it was so delayed my kitchen construction was delayed 2 weeks because of them. Secondly, my $4100 kitchen aid wall oven after 3 uses, SHATTERED and BLEW UP GLASS FROM THE INSIDE OF MY OVEN. I cooked sausage & peppers at 375 for 1 hour and literally shut it off and turned around and it exploded glass all over. I called Lowes right after because I had purchased the extended warranty. the women i spoke to LAUGHED and said she has never heard such a thing. First of all, i have video and pictures why would I lie? also she said she "COULDN'T HELP ME, ONLY THE SALES GIRL THAT HELPED ME CAN ASSIST AND SHE WAS NOT IN". excuse me? so the girl that made the $8600 sale - Maryanne was the only person that could help me. Maryanne NEVER called me back BTW. i called again the next day and the gentlemen i spoke to was actually helpful. he explained the 1st year is a warranty through the company, and then the next 3 after were with Lowes. I wish i did not even PURCHASE THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY BECAUSE IT WONT MAKE IT TO 3 YEARS AT THE RATE OF QUALITY. Additionally, we are NEVER purchasing a thing from this store again. i have spent THOUSANDS i mean over 20,000$$$ at this store and they could give less than anything to assist me. I called Lowe's corporate to assist me and they opened a case for the STORE MANAGER to help me with. THREE cases and they closed it with no resolution! I bought the appliances with the Lowes' CC to save the measly 5% but kick myself in the butt for not using my AMEX which would just charge back for the literally WORTHLESS appliance I have in my over $50,000 kitchen. SO OVERALL- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY JUST SPENT A FEW MORE DOLLARS AT A SMALL BUSINESS.

I can't believe that people like that are working in customer service, the lady answering the phone in this store is the rudest person that I have ever on the phone, she refuses to give me her name. They only sell product with fraudulent advertising and now refused to resolve the issue. I already contacted 8 different places, and nobody are able to resolve it. I do not have any other options that report it to Better Business Bureau (BBB) for fraud. I bought a washer and dryer combo, and it does not dry, and now they said, sorry, but this product is not a real dryer, and the return policy is only 48 hours. DO NOT BUY HERE!! I was in need of a new refrigerator, ordered it in store. We were given a window of delivery on Friday for our Saturday delivery. We waited all day on Saturday for the fridge that never came. No one called us. After hours of calling, getting transferred and hung up on -- they finally told us the truck was MISSING!! Lowe's uses a third party delivery company who do not communicate at all with Lowe's. Almost missed the rehearsal dinner we needed to attend Saturday night. Rescheduled delivery for Monday, got a confirmation call window of 10-2 on Sunday night. Monday morning rolls around and they say we are not delivering your fridge today. In their notes they claimed we rejected the delivery which is false!! No one could give out names or phone numbers for help. No one answers the phone. Called the warehouse and told us the delivery people dropped the fridge on Saturday so it was never loaded in the truck in the first place. Hassle to even get someone on the phone to cancel our order. Shop small businesses because Lowe's SUCKS!!!!!

This is the worst Lowes in America! it .It has only gotten worse! they NEVER HAVE ANY FULL SERVICE REGISTERS OPEN. They only have 4 self service registers and 2 or 3 of them are usually not working. Even when the store is empty you have to wait on line. At the end of the register are usually 2 or 3 employees sitting there talking about their social life. I just had to call them about a return and literally no one answers the phone, if they do you get disconnecte!

The paint department is specifically Great compared to Home Depot, Associate Pamela frm paint not only helped me with my paint but helped me in two other departments that she doesn’t even work in, Management needs to put 12 more of HER in the building!! She’s the best.

The worst service in all of America, really! Never buy any appliances at Yorktown Lowe's. Very bad sales and even worse delivery and installation. They send people with zero experience your lucky if they can make it to your property. Find another place before you go to Yorktown Lowe's.
