I’m sorry I have to leave this one-star review for Macys Customer Service Dept. I had ordered a pair of Guess sandals and had signed up for text messaging so I’d know when they were to be picked up. I went today and gave the clerk my license thinking she could find it fast. I didn’t realize I had the order number IN my text messages. The clerk said nothing about text messaging! Or that I may have found the info I needed thru that! She told me she couldn’t find my order and sent me away thinking I may NOT have ordered the sandals!! So now I have to make a 2nd trip to Macys and Hope she can find them this time!! The clerks should be trained to ask the customers if they got the message the order was ready by text or email? It would have saved me extra time.

Stopped at the Clinique counter to price some fragrances and the woman who helped me was very helpful and nice.

This Macy’s was horrible. Went here to return some items on our wedding registry. Lady couldn’t find the items was telling us we have to return the items within a certain period however the website states something different. Was there for about 1 hour cashiers bouncing back and fourth trying to help me. I would not recommend doing any registry returns here.

If zero stars was an option I would have used it here. This may be the worst Macy’s that I have ever been to. On multiple occasions the store clerks were very rude and not helpful. The store is very dirty and is in desperate need of an update. If this store closed tomorrow, I would not be surprised. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere, literally anywhere because this place is not good. It is sad this is the last anchor store left for the JV mall.

The place is small and doesn't have many options. Staff weren't too friendly. At 725pm, they told me they were closing in a few, which i was surprised because it states closes at 9pm. They have no men's bathroom or none i could find. Went there because of the other reviews. Was fooled.

So expensive but I bought a beautiful pair of dress pants and blouse to match. One item was on sale so that helped.

This used to be such a wonderful store but they have within the last few years allowed this location to become very run down. The carpets are old and dirty and the selection is minimal. Most things that i need are either not in stock or they do not carry at that branch of Macy's and it is very unfortunate because there are not many places to shop in this area that carry big name items.
