“Katonah Shipping is a great local business with great owners and employees. I’ve been using their services for two years now and they are always helpful, welcoming and greet me with a smile. Recently, I had a very complicated return to make that involved 10 extremely large, heavy packages - not only did they make me feel like I was welcome in their store, they actively helped me solve the problem with my return, load my truck, repackage materials and coordinate the shipping labels. Even on a busy Friday with other patrons in and out of the store, they made sure solving my shipment was a priority for them. They approached the situation with empathy and experience.
