“From the moment I walked into the store, twice in the last 2 weeks, I was greeted with a warm fuzzy welcome. The first time a young man asked what he could help me with and I showed him a color code from another paint company that he matched perfectly. The second time I was greeted by a female associate, I'm sorry I am not sure of her name, and she asked if I needed help. Actually in the past she has helped me before. She made a few suggestions and gave me great advice. Instead of the colors I picked out I noticed a display of your color for 2023 Redend when I placed it with the chip I had for my living room Biscuit, I knew instantly that was the color. I did ask if anybody else picked that color and she said, No. So I'm the first, and it came out just the way I wanted. I also observed the associate help 2 other ladies while taking care of me. Kudos to the whole team.”

“Our exterior house painter uses Sherwin-Williams paint and suggested we stop in to choose colors. Bianca was immensely helpful. Her depth of knowledge in pairing colors gave us the confidence we needed when making a color choice and the end result was great. She has also worked with the office staff of our painter previously and was able to coordinate with them, saving us extra calls and making sure everything was right.”
“I always go to Wallauer's to see if they have what I need – and they usually do – before I go to Home Depot or Lowes.Obviously this place is much smaller than HD or Lowes, but unless you're looking for something like lumber, this place probably has what you're looking for.Staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous.Thumbs up.”
“I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. Anyway, that really goes a long way when it comes to the in-store experience. This is my preferred hardware store now. Thanks for your help and guidance. And thanks for allowing me to use your sink to clean my hands. You guys are great.”

“The sales staff here are excellent! I was tasked with revitalizing a scratched up complete bedroom set (that had an inconsistent stain on it). When I brought in a sample to match it the paint analyzation reader couldn’t pick it up. So Kelly volunteered to try to match it by eye. When I picked it up the next day the color seemed to match but I couldn’t be sure. Upon painting a larger area I realized it needed to be tweaked a bit more. Kelly offered to give it another try. The result was spot on. She also gave me great advice on how I could get the best results. I don’t know how many paint stores offer this high level of customer service. I can only tell you this one does.”
“Getting the yard and house ready for summer activities. Graduation, Prom, BBQ's. They cleaned my grill a few weeks ago and I inquired about additional work.
