I don't like to complain but the T-Mobile at Jefferson Valley Mall not very helpful. I went with question. First and foremost it should not feel as the salesperson is doing you a favor. She seemed not interested in helping me. I was really interested in fixing one issue and upgrading my phone. First issue finally was told it could not be done as I needed to call customer service even though customer service explained I should go to T-Mobile store. Not once "may I help you with something else?" As I had explained when I came in wanting to upgrade. The store was not busy. If interested in her job The salesperson could have made a commission from the upgrade, new phone and accessories I wanted to purchase. I walked out disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Don't bother coming to this tmobile location. I went in looking for them to replace my screen protector to be told they were sold out. When I asked them to order me one to my house they stated there a franchise store not a corporate location. I had the same issue in the poughkeepsie ny location where they were out of the protector and without asking immediately offered to order me the protector as it is covered by the insurance plan. I would like to also mention I bought all 4 samsung phones and new plan from this location also the screen protectors. The manager when the young lady asked him if she could order me one couldn't even be bothered to look away from his phone or Even use words to answer my questions. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Staffing an entire store with a single person is beyond irresponsible and absurd. The wait was extraordinarily long, and the worker was also not very knowledgeable and with nobody else present, basically nothing could be done.

Worst experience ever! I had to purchase a new phone so when we went there the girl working scanned my licence and said she couldn't help us since the licence was expired. Which is funny because we went to the TMobile in Danbury and we had no issue at all. So I made my wife an authorized user and we were able to get the phone. The girl got the phone and rang us up. The total was almost 70 dollars more so we questioned why. She shows us screen protectors she just try threw into our order with no mention whatsoever! I've never seen anyone do this! They were 40 bucks we said take them off. She took them off. Then she threw in a charger for 20 bucks that we didn't need! When I told her we didn't need it she said oh it's a package. I said " I'm not paying 20 bucks for something I don't need." So she took it off, and she looked annoyed. Why I don't know because I'm pretty sure employees shouldn't be adding things on to your order without being asked or even informed about what they are doing. If you go here pay attention to what they ring up. I will.never go back here due to her attitude and I don't need to go into a store and have someone try to con me into paying more. She had an attitude and was unhelpful.

I signed up for a 2 person plan at the store where we traded in our phones and “got credit for trading them in.” Fast forward a few months now, we’ve been getting charged an extra $80 a month and called MULTIPLE times to figure it out, only find out the credit (only $500) was for one phone and “they never received” the phone that was traded in for the more expensive phone which is absurd. This place is a scam looking to steal your money. Apparently the people who we worked with, Anthony and Jesse don’t even work there anymore. Go figure. Save yourself and walk into Verizon instead.

Go somewhere else!! Waited hours for someone to finish the sale of a new phone. My service plan was supposed to remain the same and they changed it anyway. Phone is not working properly after 4 months. The guys in the store played games regarding my interest in speaking with a supervisor. The 2 staff members wrote down their own names as the supervisor. I've put several hours into phone calls to t-mobile/Sprint and I still have a dysfunctional brand new phone.

I have to say that I've been with T-mobile for a little bit over 8 yrs now, and for the last 5 yrs, I been going to Jefferson Valley T-Mobile store and they ALWAYS help me with my cell issues, from buying a new device, replacing or just questions about functions on my cell or may family's devices. I have to say that Josue always has a smile, greets people like family, and always asks me more that twice if there's anything else I need help with before I leave the store. and all this applies to everyone I ever dealt with in the store, not just Josue. I am happy with their service. #tmobileteam keep it up!! ******

I almost never take the time to write reviews but since I've had to already take so much time with T-Mobile customer service (who did a great job) to fix all the issues that the store created I thought it was worth sharing. I went in to the store rather than switching online from AT&T because some of the offers didn't seem to go thru correctly online. My first clue should have been that only the "manager" Stephanie at least seemed to have a clue as to what to do, both the other workers that I encountered during my visits there seemed so confused and kept having to call Stephanie for basic issues. I was promised a particular price point and credits to be applied to my account, they couldn't show it to me on the system because it would only appear I was told after paying for everything (In retrospect this should have been my first warning sign). Will keep it short none of the credits came thru, the "manager" Stephanie gave me a number to call her if anything was needed except she never picks up or responds to message that I left for her, store line is always engaged. After several calls/chats with T-Mobile customer service I was finally get close to what was originally promised (although still paying more than the originally promised price point). I don't think it's a T-Mobile issue I feel the store in the Jefferson Valley mall is just sub par period.
