Terrible attitude, and I was told I can walk in for passport renewal between 11-1 and when I went they said I have to make a appointment, by reading all the other reviews it’s clear they need new staff so if corporate is reading you know what to do.

Awful service they told me my package was out for delivery when I showed them the tracking said it was at the post office and sure enough it was not delivered.Then they told me they couldn’t get it cause it was too much trouble I would have to wait another day.It was already two days late

I never post anything but I had the worse experience in my life with the stuff work there. I made two times a passport appointment and the two time they canceled on me . when they call me to cancel that the person that called me was nasty and unprofessional . I asked him to make me another appointment and he didn’t wanted do it!!! I be going to different post office, and they be done it in the past for me. He make me upset and frustrated and he make me cry the way he talk to me since he didn’t care when I was explaining is not fair for me to keep loosing work to get my passport!!!

I truly love how nice and respectful ALL staffs are! They’re always doing their best to help everyone, from the supervisor going out to help customer to use the machine, to every staff being friendly and always smiling. I truly appreciate everything you all do.

The staff specially Fred is extremely rude at the Yorktown Post Office.....I know it is difficult to retain staff but why bother with someone like that.....he has no idea what he is peaking about....gives government employees a bad name

We had a horrendous experience at this post office. I have never seen such lazy and disinterested Federal employees in my life. We were settling a family member's estate on a strict timeline because we had to vacate the premises. We mailed a number of boxes of fragile and precious items to our out-of-state home and it was unbelievable how arrogant and lazy the employee we dealt with was. First, I asked for cart and was told, "it's kind of a pain to get it." So, I went back to the parking lot where my daughter and I proceeded to carry the boxes inside. A lovely female employee was returning from lunch and grabbed several boxes to help us. The young man behind the desk was talking to another employee nearly the entire time we were trying to execute our transaction. When the keypad screen asked if there was anything liquid, fragile, etc. in the boxes, he reached around to my side of the counter and clicked on NO. I told him that 2 of the boxes DID contain fragile items and he ignored me. I asked him to place FRAGILE stickers on those boxes, and he said, "we don't have stickers; we have a stamp." He did not get the stamp out or stamp the boxes while we were standing there. Before leaving, I asked him again to put the FRAGILE stamp on the boxes. When they arrived at their destination, I was aghast at the tiny outline of the word FRAGILE place one time only on the boxes. This carelessness from a well-paid employee boggles my mind.

Every time I have to go to my Post Office, which is Yorktown Heights, NY, I have a positive experience. When I have to pick-up packages they are always very nice and accommodating. Also, my postman is so kind. I know since Covid-19 service has changed, but I think they are doing the very best they can.

Horrible customer service. They are lazy are of no help. I can't get a straight answer to questions on PO boxes.

Every time I have to go to my Post Office, which is Yorktown Heights, NY, I have a positive experience. When I have to pick-up packages they are always very nice and accommodating. Also, my postman is so kind. I know since Covid-19 service has changed, but I think they are doing the very best they can.

It’s been a month and a half since I have not received mail, I called different post offices around my area, and none can help me, they absolutely do nothing. I was receiving my mail fine for the first 15 days, then they stopped for no reason. I tried calling customer service but they don’t help

Why does USPS have a bad rap -because they falsify their deliveries. I was excepted a package and then I got this notification "Your item is being held at the **************** post office at 6:56 pm on November 15, 2021. This is at the request of the customer." LOL - I never made such a request, i was home all day and no one rang the door bell., it's just someone who doesn't want to finish their route.

I mailed my tax check from my mailbox the day before it was due. It just needs to have the postmark to prove it was mailed on time. I just got back my check, my bill and an additional $90.00 penalty that my check wasn't received in time and i'm sure the post office mishandled my payment since they received the payment with no postmark at all!!! I guess someone noticed they screwed up and just sent it without that postmark. I took a week to arrive in town for payment. I am royally pissed and our snotty tax office says "take it up with the post office" Ha..like they will do anything and im still stuck for $90.00. Hope they do go bankrupt!!! Worthless...smh
