Returns on any craftsman product after 30 days or if used, a nightmare even though product has 2 year warranty!!! Told to call craftsman who then told me to call another company handling their warranty. Do not purchase any powered item ...
From leaf blower to snow blower. Sure craftsman has same policy on hand tools. They offered to take leaf blower if I paid fifty dollars to have someone LOOK at it and limited warranty may be covered or not....and could be up to 6months to hear back!!! Lowes very unreachable by living off of craftsmanship older reputation. Lowes playing a game and so glad I did not buy a mower or snow blower. And forget about purchasing a warranty from store, same story. Be cautious. Do not buy anything chain saw, blower, generator, etc. Alert your friends and don't fall as a victim of their greed and mistreatment of customers.

It's always a pleasure to go to Lowe's instead of going to Home Depot. Lowe's always has someone who will help you. A nice young lady was busy putting things in order, but she took the time to ask me if I needed help. She was a nice Asian lady with a great smile.

This Lowe's is still consistently terrible at treating customers like they want them in the building. Very sad. Only one time out of dozens has an employee helped me.

Any appliance from Lowe’s requiring CRST Home Solutions installation, DO NOT commit yourself to a nightmare experience.
The sale transaction was smooth. In store service is wonderful but the the installation contractors Lowe's uses do Lowe's absolute no service.
We were given service time 8am to 5pm for appliance installation. Around 1pm, CRST installer called to say he had one job ahead of us and would be at our address by 2-3pm. Unless we wanted to reschedule (RED FLAG!). We told him that we had taken the day off and would wait. At 3:30 I called the number few time when they didn’t show up after 3, no answer. I made few calls to Lowe’s and CRST scheduling team. Lowe's said the appliance was picked up from the store before noon. Finally, around 7pm, the installer called saying he just finished his job and was on his way and should be at our address between 8-8:30. 9pm came, no appliance. I called Lowe’s again. Lowe’s must have reached out to the installers because CRST installer called at 9:30 saying he just finished his job and if we are still interested he’d ……We hung up the phone on them disgusted and frustrated with how the whole day turned out and regretting Lowe’s experience. We were being played the whole day. They had no intension of coming. We were played. Disgraceful.
Hated HomeDepot and this was our reason going to Lowe’s to shop for an appliance. First Lowe’s experience turned out to be a regrettable transaction. We are working on getting a full refund.
You are forewarned. Lowe's farms out their installation to an unreliable CRST Home Solutions.

This is the first Lowe's location I've been to where all they will cut for you as far as wood goes is Plywood. I've been to Lowe's locations across the country and I've never had an issue getting any piece of wood I need cut.
Lost my business today.
