About Avis Car Rental

Avis Car Rental Yorkville is part of a well-known global brand recognized for customer loyalty. The staff are friendly and eager to assist, even when cars are not available due to last-minute bookings. They provide quick help when issues arise, such as with car tires. Customers have noted fast and professional service during rentals, with easy drop-off processes. However, some found the policy on late returns to be unfair, as they were charged an entire extra day for just a couple of hours. Overall, Avis Car Rental is appreciated for its service and helpful staff.

Very easy to set up a reservation and pick up car. However, even though NY state says you can be 18 and rent a car you cannot be 18 and be an authorized driver

So glad this guy doesn't leave work early. I left some house keys in a car i just dropped off. Got back to Avis at 4:55 pm and found them. Heroes work here.
