The absolute worst Buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I was Lied to by the Finance Guy on cost of an extended Warranty! The Sales person was a young girl , definitely not very professional! Truck was delivered with only one Key Fob after being told there was 2! Then I was told , “Oh well it’s a used Truck and nothing we can do!Worst Dealership Ever!

They charged $63 diagnostic fee to order the part I told them it needed. What are you doing? You have no sense of common decency. I will be sure to tell ten people to each tell ten people what a rip off you are. Then after paying a fee for nothing they never called when the part came in. Oh wait it hasn't come in because you all were to incompetent to order it. 4 weeks later and you have my $63 for nothing!!! You cheating vile people.

They sold me a vehicle that needed repairs... kept the vehicle there until the warranty was expired and gave it to me without making the repairs.

If you ever decide to buy a car from Carbone, DON'T!!!!!! They have poor customer service. My boyfriend bought a used vehicle which had a broken computer screen. It took a month to finally get the car back even after several attempts to call them and no return call. After receiving the car, found out the computer was refurbished but charged for a new one. He paid for an extended warranty so he would have the computer covered and then later found out that they didn't include it. Now he's getting the run around by trying to cancel the warranty because they lied to him. He has tried calling again, still no answer and they never return phone calls. If you ask me, that is poor customer care and believe me, we will spread the word!!!! 😤😡👎👎👎👎

This dealer is very unorganized. I was lied to by salesman and manager. No call back from sales.Drove 35 miles to look at SUV I had seen online after manager said he personally checked vehicle in lot. Upon my arrival the car could not be found anywhere. Of course they tried to sell me a different vehicle. They claim they did not know where SUV we came to look at was, claimed it was lent out they did not know to who to or how long it would be out.Who does not know where a 30000.00 SUV is located. I found everyone at this dealership to be dishonest. The SUV in question is still listed on line even tho they claim to not know its whereabouts.Stay away from this dishonest group of hustlers.

Bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Carbone/Yorkville last week. NEVER AGAIN......When we took delivery, we were handed only one key by the salesman (Adam Bogacz.) I asked about a spare key and was told the previous owner could not find it or "the dog ate it." He said it wasn't a big deal and I could just purchase one at any locksmith for about $145. I mentioned it was a big deal as clearly he knew from the onset and failed to mention it. I called the next day and attempted twice to speak with the General Manager. First time- I asked to speak with the GM and was passed to someone other than the GM who said they would look into it and get back to me. That didn't happen. Second time I was transferred to the sales manager "Jeff," not the general manager, who said about 1/2 of their used cars don't come with spare keys. I said that was valuable information when we were negotiating the deal. Kind of shady to find out at delivery. He said he hoped we enjoyed the car and dismissed me. Apparently, the General Manager (Alan Hutchings) has a fairly robust offensive line preventing anyone from speaking to him directly or the more obvious observation.... He could care less as he has made NO attempt to contact me.

Absolutely worse customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased used vehicle, never honored warranty. Kept making excuses to why it was not covered. Two months after purchase tried to get $2k more for repairs they should have fixed. Will never go back and will never recommend.

Carbone Hyundai / Carbone are the worse car company ever to deal with. They will lie about everything just to sell you a car. They are crooks And they will do anything to rip you off. The General Manager told me on the phone “I don't care for you “ after I called him about a problem. I would not advise anybody to buy a car !

Literally never ever dealing with a Carbone cars dealership ever again. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. We went to look at the car they had listed 3 weeks ago, I was told over the phone it was at one location when I show up it's at another location, so then they leave me waiting outside at the second location for almost an hour in 100 degree weather waiting for them to bring the car out for a test drive. No offer to come inside, water, nothing because they couldn't find the keys. On top of that they knew we were going for a test drive and realized after they drove the car out front that it needed gas, so another half hour. We make our decision before closing that day and ask to have a pre purchase inspection done on the car to which they requested to service the car first, ok cool. It takes 2 days for them to get it in for service only to find out it has already been serviced. Now we're on our second salesperson because the first one quit and they give us to a salesperson who is going on vacation the next day. Finally get it over for the inspection which we paid for to find out there was about $2000 worth of work which needed to be done, we offered to buy the car minus the repairs. They refused because they were already losing $2000 on the car (like it was our fault) and agreed to service it. The 3rd salesperson involved didn't have to do much because at that point they're waiting for parts. Were told it'll be ready Tuesday of next week, plan to take time off Tuesday only for them to tell us at the latest Friday (still waiting for parts) Friday rolls around after we've already taken off work with the promise of delivery. We get a call saying they're still waiting for a part and it won't be in till next Tuesday. Ok well we've already taken off work can we come pick up the car and bring it back Saturday for scheduled service? Sure no problem, switch insurance, get financing ducks in a row and drive for an hour and were 8 minutes away when we get another call saying they won't deliver the car... talk to a manager who was incredibly rude to us and basically said “I don't have to sell you the car†when I again offered to take the car at list minus repair cost. Nope. Never again.
