It was a pleasurable car buying experience. Jasmin Dizdarevic was excellent. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us. I don’t remember the sales managers name but he and the finance manager Kris Culver were also a pleasure to do business with.

Stopped in today with our Silverado because the check engine light came on. I was greeted by Cara, who was WONDERFUL. I asked to speak to the service manager. His name was Joe. I told him we were leaving Wednesday morning for Illinois. He referred me to August, who said that they charge their hourly rate of $179 just to have them look at our vehicle and tell me what the problem is. Outrageous!! It ended up being a fuel tank pressure sensor, a $60 part that they charged $109 for. I get it…I realize they have to make money, and one way to do it is by charging close to double for the part. That didn’t bother me anywhere near as much as the $429.60 for labor!! Our total bill was $585.72 for a $109 part!!! Again, OUTRAGEOUS!! So upsetting!

Gotta tell you. We were looking to Trade In our Ford for a Sweet Looking Honda. Mark Lomas Worked and Worked to get us in our Price range. My service was only for an Engine oil/filter change. I only spoke to the "Desk" person. She was polite and engaging. My service was done in less than an hour, so that was good. The price seemed reasonable.

I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Everyone I met at Leadcar Chevrolet in Yorkville, from Sales, Finance, Parts, were very courteous, informative, and no high pressure tactics. 2023 Chevy Colorado TrailBoss and LeadCar ChevroletI was very satisfied with LeadCar Chevy. I saw the truck I wanted and sent a request. Within 10 minutes Steve called me back and got working on the sale for me. We figured out a time to pickup the car and it was done. The entire time, Steve answered all of my questions and gave me updates as we went. When I picked the car up, it was very smooth. Corey, the finance manager , was great to work with! Made it feel very comfortable and a no pressure situation. All in all, the entire process was approximately 2 hours start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are in the market for a new car, I would certainly recommend LeadCar Chevrolet!

Years ago I worked as a car salesman, so I kind of know the ins and outs of the business. I just bought a late model used car for my teenage son for college from LeadCar Chevrolet. Over the years I have had both good and bad experiences with different car dealers in a multitude of states I have lived in. I have to say that my salesman Kris Culver and the entire sales and finance team at LeadCar Chevrolet in Yorkville were fantastic and made my car buying experience there a good one. My salesman, Jasmin was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the car to me and worked with me to get a deal I could afford. He even helped me with a plan to surprise my daughter with the car. It was a wonderful car buying experience all around. I feel he is quite an asset to this dealership. Would highly recommend Jasmin to friends and family. Actually, all the employees were extremely friendly and personable.

I went in to have brakes changed, was told rotors needed to be shaved I said as long as you have the wheel off let’s do the breaks too. I was told they could not get cheap brake pads because of supply issues. I approved the purchase of the more expensive brakes and was told ok the job will be done tomorrow. The next day I picked up the vehicle and was told they couldn’t do the brakes because the expensive ones were also tide up in supply issues, but they were ordered. I was charged for parts and labor on the rotors, fine. Drove away understanding that I would get a call when the brake pads came in. 3 weeks later (all the while continuing to drive on worn brakes) I finally decided to call and ask about the ordered pads. Was told “oh yeah those are in” made an appointment to have the brakes replaced. When the job was completed, I was told “we only did the front brakes..” I paid again for parts and labor. I’m sure I was given the run around about ordering pads, and only doing the fronts so that you can scam me and make me come in a third time to do the back brakes thus charging me a THIRD labor fee. And why wasn’t I called when the ordered brakes came in? Was it in hopes that I would wait until the rotors needed to be replaced? This is unacceptable. A brake job is maybe an hour job for someone who knows what they are doing. In your case it takes 3 days. Or does it take 3 days so that you can milk as much money out of people before they get wise and figure out how to do the job themselves… I’m actually thanking you for allowing me to learn a new skill.
