Tried to rent from them twice but could not. 1st thing told me after I rented.. it would cost me an additional $200. For a security deposit. WTH .So the second time I rented a car then they said it will cost $500. for a security deposit. WTH. cause I used a Denver card. Stupid Hertz Car Rental will never go back there again. I will stick with U-Haul, much nicer and a whole lot Cheaper.

I made a reservation a week before, , talked with the branch manager Nicole. I was told my deposit would be $200 and I had to use the and card I was never told that IF that card was a debit card it would be a $500 deposit. Nor was I told that I could use a different card for said deposit. Long story short, they ran a credit check, lowered my criteria score and took more than double the amount for a deposit. I was in a bind with no other options as I had to bring my daughter back to college over 5 hours away. The suv we got was only slightly bigger than my Fiesta. I don't think he did is going to fit. I lived this location and never had a problem like this before.. . But I'll never rent from them again after this.

Save yourself the headache and go to Enterprise, they’ll treat you with respect. At Hertz, I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the laziest, most clueless, and worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with, and that’s not mentioning the hidden policies and fees.

Company gladly took my money and didn't find it necessary to inform me that they have no cars available to fulfill my reservation. Then they had the nerve to tell me they could not cancel my reservation for a nonexistent car.

I placed a reservation 2 weeks ahead and they canceled it the day off pick up .I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I called yesterday to make sure they had the car my insurance company reserved. They said they did. I asked if I could pick the car up between 3 and 330pm today when I got out of work. The employee said yes, just bring your license and a credit card for the deposit. I showed up at 3:20pm and was told they did not have any vehicles. I explained I called yesterday and had a reservation. He said we'll unfortunately we don't have a vehicle for you. No on answers the corporate number or the chat. Never renting from Hertz again.

Horrible customer service. Reserved a large sized vehicle 4 weeks in advance for my trip. I got a phone call 8 minutes before pickup, "we do not have the car you reserved. We have been looking since Friday." Would have been nice to know that earlier than 8 minutes. Only had one option for me to take on my trip. We had 6 people going, was told "you can call around. But we don't have anything for you." Needed to rent a second car. They charged us the rate for the larger car, but gave us a midsize. No discount, no apology. I have rented from this location previously. Seems all of the good employees had left. Will not rent from here again.

Where do I even begin. I rented a car for the first time on a Friday, drop off on Sunday. Had to use my debit card for a deposit because I did not have my original CC with me ( this I did not know) . They told me I was going to be charged $500. instead of the $200. because I did not have the CC with me. Ok no problem. Went on my little weekend trip. Came back, dropped the car off at 1 pm like I agreed to. The office was closed. Ok, keys in the box. Call an Uber, cuz you can not leave your car on their lot (this I did not know) All is good. Check my bank account the next day and find thisCUT AND PASTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNTHERTZ RENT-A-CAR HERTZ RENT-A-CA...$500.00HERTZ RENT-A-CAR HERTZ RENT-A-CA...$100.00So I call them ( good luck with that) speak to a Mike. He has no clue. Asked to speak to the manager (what a JOKE) her name is Nichole. She tells me this is an additional fee. For what? For returning the car on Sunday. Umm excuse me but when was I told about this. You weren't. Your going to get this back. But why was I not told about the $100. Because I didn't know how much it was going to be. That comes from our billing dept. So why was I not informed that there was going to be a 'SUNDAY FEE"? Your going to get it back. Well Nichole, this is what's up. Now my bank account is negative because you took this extra $100 out that I did not even plan on you taking along with my $500. So that's $600. less for my trip then planned. Well your going to get this back. That is not what I am asking you. When was I told about this. Your weren't. Yes I know I wasn't Nichole. So now who is going to pay the bank fee. She's says, "I don't know". WOOOOOOOWWWWWWW. Can this company hire anymore stupid people.
