The work and price was explained before any work was done. I made an appointment and the work was done at the agreed upon time and for the agreed-upon price. The job was done quickly and I’m happy with the results. I have no complaints.

They quoted me over $650 for only a muffler that my regular shop wanted $225 for. I thought I could just do it closer here but I would never allow them to rip me off so I'm just going further to my regular shop ran by a family not a corporation that is taking advantage of the public. This company is ripping off customers by at least double. Another Monroe quoted me over $1,100 for one wheel bearing too which I had done somewhere else after for $200 before also so it's not just this store.

They were very nice about fitting me in on a Saturday afternoon to change a burned out headlamp. They called a nearby auto parts store to deliver the bulb and installed it properly. Why two stars? They charged me $200 for the bulb which I later discovered costs appx. $90 retail.

I've had work done by these guys in the past. New tires, oil changes, tire rotations. All on my 2013 Mercedes C300. I asked for an estimate to have a CV axle replaced, I bought the part from a reputable supplier and wanted to know how much they would charge to install the part. I was told they don't install customers parts. Turning down business during this time is either extremely foolish or extremely cautious. I'm not sure which. However, I'll say this. Don't purchase your own parts and ask them to install them. They also said they would suggest I go to the Mercedes dealership to have the part installed...Do I even need to explain why I'm not doing that?

As I walked in there was a person at the desk right away. I didn't wait long for my oil change and windshield wiper to be put on. I got right in and out. They never pressured me to buy anything else I didn't need.
