I like to say I was beyond pleased with Joe the service advisor. His overall personality was up and beyond. Very reliable service advisor. He gets back to you in a timely manner and a very tentative listener with great advise. I highly recommend him for an advisor. I met for the first time Miguel the Shop Foreman. Very pleasant and great personality. Would make you truly come back to Nissan. Last but least the Mechanic Richard who worked on my Nissan Rougue. This mechanic is a very experience hard worker. Extremely knowledgeable and you would differently feel great after leaving the Nissan Shop when he finishes with your car!”

It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me.
