Smokers Choice offers a drive-thru for cigarette sales, which seems to attract more customers than its head shop items. While the manager is noted for being helpful and kind, there are concerns about the assistant manager's customer service skills, as some interactions felt rude. The store has a good selection, but competitors in the area may be better stocked. Overall, customer care is emphasized, especially given the understaffed situation.
Shop there almost everyday staff is always helpful with anything I ask the awesome store

The store is very clean and always smells great. The staff is so friendly I'd love to stay for awhile. I recommend Smokers Choice for your tobacco products plus.

Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable about the products available, and the prices are always good! The only place around that carries my particular cigarettes.
