Beware! Never again. I had an appointment for an oil change, arrived on time-actually 15 minutes early, waited for assistance at the counter, while several service people were complaining about the phones ringing so many times and that something should be done about them, all while I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged. When finally asked how could they help,I let them know why I was there for the oil change and they took my keys, I waited for another 2 1/4 hours for an oil change...an oil change-no tire rotation or other service, just the oil. After this extended wait I was informed my car was ready only to find out that the cost was $83 and some change. When I informed the staff assisting me that my former service company (which sadly recently closed so therefore the only reason I needed to find a new place) NEVER EVER charged much more than $50.00. The staff then informed me she didn't like it either when she saw the cost and let me see what I can do for you ( this after I informed her I would never come bak there). The cost was reduced by $30.00. My question is if it could be reduced by $30 why was it overpriced to start with? Think of it...if they do 100 oil changes a week that is $3000 overcharge a week and in a year that is $168000 that is lining someone else's pockets! Then the icing on the cake, the service person left the dirty paper mat in my car for me to move and throw out and couldn't be bothered to reset the oil gauge on the dashboard. Piss pour service for rip off prices. BUYER BEWARE. If there was a rating on yelp they would get -10 so I had to give them a 1 in order to post this!

I brought my vehicle in for a , check engine light issue . When I went to see what the problem was, I was told that cylinder #1 was misfiring and that a complete tune up was needed, This car only has 42,000 miles on it. The cost including diagnostics about 430.00. to correct the check engine issue I checked with another repair shop along with 2 other Lincoln dealers and a independent repair shop and 2 other mechanics and was told that the problem was either a bad spark plug or a bad ignition coil , and that it was easy to figure out what the problem was. I had the car repaired at a independent garage, cost $ 240.00. I also had purchased a extended warranty with the vehicle in which the ignition coil was covered ,and was the only problem that caused the check engine light. When I confronted the Service manager about the whole issue , I was told there was nothing he could do for me. He stated that it was Fords Lincoln policy to replace all the spark plugs for this particular code. After I explained what I had discovered while researching the issue, he still insisted there was nothing he could do for me. I guess that some dealer service centers will do anything to increase the bottom line. I for one will not be visiting this dealer again and will let everyone I know what happened to me. PS. I filed a complaint with the Lincoln Motor Company, and they assured me that this dealer would get a copy of the complaint , still no contact by Steet Ponte Lincoln. Wayne King

Worse service ever. My vehicle sat for weeks. Also after the work was compete the vehicle was dirty and all equipment that I had added to the vehicle that the mechanic unplugged were not plugged back in. How hard is it to plug something back in that you unplugged. I would think to keep customers happy you could at least clean the car since it sat so long outside. Never go back again.

We just picked up our new 2016 Ford Fusion from Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln. The whole leasing experience was easy...start to finish! Many thanks to Alex Radcliffe for making a potentially exasperating process enjoyable. And to cap it off, his congratulatory bottle of wine was an especially thoughtful, and much appreciated, gift! Can't wait to put many miles of fun on our new vehicle! We will definitely be revisiting Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln in three years when this lease is up for another great deal!
