Brought my 2023 cx-30 in for a computer related issue, loaner vehicle provided and the service was exceptional. The staff was professional and their level of kindness is exemplary. I've owned Mercedes Benz, BMW and Land Rover vehicles, the care received at SP Mazda service department exceeded them all. Can't say enough about this dealership and specifically, their service department. Kudos. 100%

I was having a hectic time before coming to Mazda trying to find the perfect car, including a dealership “losing” a car I was going to get lmao. I came to Mazda and Peter greeted me outside, ready to help! Peter and Nate and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind! I was able to pick a car that met all my needs and get a great deal. Mazda has such a calm, chill vibe, I never felt pressured or confused on anything! So glad I went to Mazda ✌️

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish, working with Wyatt Medley at Steet Ponte Mazda. Wyatt is friendly, personable, and provided superior customer service. He is very knowledgeable about all of the dealership’s inventory and answered every question we had. We are so happy with our new CX-90, and will definitely be back when it’s time for our next car!

I had the most pleasant experience when I stopped into Steet Ponte Mazda. I am looking to purchase a new car. A salesman, Nathan, approached me and had the biggest, warmest smile. Asked if I needed help and boy did I. Introduced me to a salesman. He asked multiple questions and by asking new exactly what car would fit my life style and budget. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I want to thank all the staff for how friendly, professional and helpful they were.

Had to have warranty work done that took several weeks- Dan was great to work with, communicated about progress, and made the work as convenient as possible for me. Much better experience here than with either of the Syracuse area dealers- worth the drive!

Great service! Had a recall issue with my CX-9. Got the work scheduled, had a beautiful loaner vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop and they sent a video of what was being done to my car. Done in the promised amount of time and washed before it was returned.

Peter at Steet Ponte Mazda was so helpful in helping me pick out, test drive, and purchase a new vehicle! He also assisted in trading in my old car and the process couldn't have been easier. Having a number I could text and ask questions even after the sale has been so helpful! Totally recommend buying with them!

Dealership promised use of my Ford points. Never did until way after the sale and now stuck with financing the balanced they said they redeemed. Then I asked specifically the date of the in service WARRANTY was told by Stephen Purdon 05/31/23. After the sale Ford said it's 02/12/23. This dealership made many promises that never were true...stay away. I know I'm one of many, but, my experience has been awful.

I just purchased a new Mazda this past week. Peter was extremely helpful and professional from the minute I drove into the lot. There was no pressure to make a sale. Within minutes he had the car ready for a test drive. In the next few days he got everything set for the sale and within the week I was driving out of the lot in my new car. Peter handled everything with ease and made the entire process enjoyable. I would certainly recommend Peter and Steet Ponte Mazda without reservation. Job well done.

I recently had a routine service to my vehicle at Steet-Ponte Mazda. While I never had a bad experience there, I had forgotten just how customer-focused they are at Steet-Ponte.Making my appointment was easily done online with follow-up reminders by text and email messages.At the appointment, I was cheerfully greeted and had text message comm with my service tech. The service was performed promptly while I waited comfortably in their waiting area.As my service was being completed, I was able to view critical areas of the service sent by my tech on video. I think that a good service experience, such as mine, should be part of an overall purchase experience at any dealership. Clearly, it is not, and I would place Steet-Ponte Mazda's service on a higher level than most.Well done guys. See you next time!
