The woman at the drive through window (mariyah) said I'm only taking door dash orders. I asked to speak to the manager, She lied and said SHE WAS. Then proceeded to Ignore me the rest of the time that I asked questions.***I went inside and the boys their were very friendly and helped me immediately when they saw me in tears of frustration. ****Regardless I watched 6 cars drive up to order and pulled away after she said she would not take their orders. As I drove away, Even more cars got turned away. If I never entered the building I would have left empty handed like the many cars who got turned away.This time was outrageous though. Normally IF they did serve me they got my order completely wrong, (every single time) This time this woman (mariyah) was to lazy to do anything at all.She needs to be fired.Shes rude, a liar, and Id assume on some type of drugs, her voice gave it away..Just lost a LOYAL customer who ate here often. It saddens me to see how these fast food places are falling apart due to incompetent workers who just dont care, too lazy to work, very rude and straight up lie to your face. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK.

Issues getting frosty but they comped us and gave them for free. Great service at least the machine wasn't broken or down.

Shut this place down, it's an embarrassment. Lobby is never open during normal business hours because employees never show up for work. Things are always unavailable as well regarding order ingredients. Every time. The franchise owner has a room temperature IQ apparently, not sure how else this would be allowed to happen for so long. I won't bother ever coming back here after a lifetime of patronage to Wendys!

Most incompetent staff I've ever seen. No line in the drive thru and they couldn't take my order because they were "understaffed". Bro I'm the only person in line at 7pm but maybe if Jerome the cook wasn't going out for a wacky-tobaccy smoke break every hour then maybe they'd have the decency to make an actual meal, and these people think their jobs deserve a raise! I'm going to email the person in charge and hope they hire some actually competent people.

Even despite a power outage and late start of the equipment. The Crew was able to maintain the utmost professionalism. Especially NiNi was was of great service while holding it all together.

25 min wait in drive thru. Food was cold. French fries were half full. And the nuggets had 8 nuggets in it. Can't go to this Wendy's, they are horrible.

I am so sick of trying to get an order right. If my 14 year old daughter did not like the junior cheese burgers so much I would just stop going. Not only did they get the order wrong again but almost gave me the wrong change too. I checked the burgers after but did not notice they put mustard on them. So I waited in line got the wrong food, wrong change, they did it again and still got it wrong!

I paid for a baconator, but they gave me literally the cheapest burger on the menu instead. Do not recommend.

Placed an order through the drive thru. The order took ten minutes. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order in the drive thru. I went inside to get my order and waited an additional 25 minutes. I had to repeat my order at least five times. The staff taking the orders was on his cell phone walking thru the prep area. Manager did speak with him. The preparers were letting orders sit on the counter incomplete and getting cold. One order was wrong. The staff were not trained. The manager was extremely frustrated with the staff. The drive thru had to stop taking orders. There were several customers waiting 20 minutes for their orders and 1 person was compensated out of 7 for the wait and poor service

Not sanitary at all!!! Stay away from this place. Garbage on the floor. A pile sweep up but left next to the broom. The bathroom had toilet paper in the toilet[filled] and the urinal. The urinal had red on the toilet paper. No idea what that was. Walls and floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a couple of days. Red sauce splattered on the wall next to the cash register. Garbage and food under all of the cooking equipment. I noticed this stuff after I ordered, or I would have left. I waited 5 minutes and then I had to ask for our drink cups. The soda machine was almost empty because only 15% of the drinks were available. The soda fountain and the counter next to it was dirty. One side of the dining area was filled with boxes of supplies. I finally got my order after 15-20 min. I when I got to the table, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I took it back up to the counter and then they gave this to the right person. I thought this was illegal. Then they tell me that they cannot make the Taco salad because the chili is bad and it will be an hour until it is ready. I asked for a refund for the chili. They said ok but they have to find the manager. Waited a couple of minutes for her to come. Then she had issues with the return. She needed the cashier to finish the refund and he had left the restaurant and he was not on break. The manager went to both sides of the restaurant yelling for him. He finally came back inside and I was able to get my refund. This took about another 15 to 20 minutes. I tried to write a review through Wendy's and I was denied 3 times. The 4 times went through but they still did not contact me. This experience has definitely going to make me choose another restaurant over Wendy's. 2 thumb way down for this place

If I could give it a lower rating I would. I'm a frequent customer through uber eats and nearly every single time my order is wrong. This wendys and nearly all others in Utica New York are terrible and employees shouldn't work there if they are not gonna fulfill orders
