Ultramar is an awesome gas station with a completely legal Cannabis dispensary, offering reasonable prices and a close access location. They also have delicious smoked salmon, fresh baked items like blueberry tea buns, and a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and food. The washrooms are clean and the workers are friendly. However, the wheelchair paddles on the front entrance are out of order and the doors are very heavy and difficult to open.

    An AirBnB host told us to stop here for smoked salmon prepared by a retired Baie Verte school teacher. Wow, so delicious! Worth the stop for salmon alone but they also had a wide selection of drinks, snacks, food & fresh baked items like blueberry tea buns. The washrooms were clean & the workers were friendly.

    The wheelchair paddles on the front entrance are out of order and have been for quite some time. In addition the doors are very heavy and difficult to open.
