Sorry we missed you guys this year. We miss you and the wonderful staff here at Napa. You made our 1st trip to Bay Roberts very pleasant. We are sending you a Wizard's sunset from Tennessee. Can't wait to get back to your neck of the woods and see our friends.

Avoid at all costs. A joke of a business just like the owner and manager who isn't even physically there half the time to even deal with. You'll be passed off and given the run around by staff. If you purchase any form of parts here (just like mentioned before) and you have warranty for replacement, don't bother wasting your time trying to get replacements. Go to colonial Bay roberts or NAPA carbonear for professionalism, otherwise you'll have to fight to get whats rightfully yours. They're abusive (you can ask any former staff, which have been MANY).. They have the biggest turnover rate with staff. "A family business" where their actual family doesn't even want to have any dealing with them.

The worst imaginable customer service! The rudest staff, including manager. From owner Jeff Belbin down the attitude simply stinks. Because of their petty childishness I had to make 3 extra trips back and forth to the city on a stuck caliper (with a lifetime warranty they refused all day to honour) and a bad front wheel bearing as the mechanic was held up waiting on parts and never got the work done. Well before close of business I had proof of purchase in my hand, but by then it was too late to get the vehicle back in, I had to drive to work risking my safety. Why they couldn't simply send the caliper down to the garage trusting I'd either have proof of purchase by day's end or pay for the caliper I cannot comprehend. My only logical conclusion, pure petty spite! Save yourself the agrevattion, make the trip to Carbonear NAPA instead! Of course if you're looking for abuse feel free to call up and ask for Gale or Jeff, or simply enjoy the chuckle head youngster who answers the phone.

Parts clerk argued with me that what I wanted to do wouldn't work and I felt like I was made to feel incompetent for suggesting it.Then after checking out I noticed on my bill iwas charged full price for an item i thought was on sale for $2.19. He pointed out that the label was outdated and that he could just say no but he would do ma a favor and give it to me because it was their fault.I said or I could just return it whereupon he said "I don't know where the rudeness was coming from, I'm giving you a brake..do you want to return it or not?"The worst customer service I've ever experienced and it was the last time I'll ever go there.
