I received a voicemail from the owner of this location and was offered a refund for the mistake. People make mistakes and I appreciate the owner reaching out. I got my refund and got the paint I needed for the project. All is forgiven.

I have used this location many times and I am not impressed with the customer service. I asked for the same exact paint I had gotten the last time which would be under my company name. They did not give me the right paint and then did not take responsibilty of their mistake at all. People over there do not know how to do their job. We weren't able to get a refund because the paint was open but how else would I know that it's wrong paint? When I start the job tomorrow and its the wrong paint and they are closed? I am very upset with this location and I don't plan on buying anything more from there.

I had great service, Marianne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my colour selection and of what I needed to do the job. Again thanks Marianne for awesome service.

Great service ? this was my first time buying there I usually vist shops in St.john's and get what I need for a bay trips. That has changed I will go here from now on found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable class acts all the way. Plus your buying locally and I agree it's a good thing something iam going to try to do more of to support good people doing a great job.
