“It bugs me to see bad reviews for the Bay Roberts Shoppers. I switched from Carbonear to Bay Roberts and the difference is amazing! Granted, I’m mainly there at the pharmacy and 99% of the time I’ve had nothing but great service there. Of course I do have “favourites” that I’d rather deal with but they’re all pretty cool. The checkout up front could use some attention though. I could darken my review with an example or two but I won’t. I’ll just suggest to the owner that he/she give a little praise to the pharmacy staff (the guy with the beard is always awesome to deal with!) and perhaps tell a couple of the people up front that they need to pick up their customer appreciation skills as well the proper way to treat customers under extenuating circumstances. One in particular is bad enough to have me considering switching back to Carbonear after a recent situation that I witnessed. Other than that, it’s a great store! With only one “bad apple” and that is something to be grateful for nowadays!”
