Very good garage. Would definitely go back. Mechanic explain everything very thorough which today most mechanics you don’t even see him, but the guy came out and explained everything to me and he did but he said he was gonna do bravo.

This dealerships appears to know and understand that the customer satisfaction aspect is a very big deal. I was visiting from Ontario in my New 2022 Silverado High Country 3500 and had an oil leak due to a loose filter installed in Ontario (I will deal with that dealer soon enough). I called Hickman motors expecting that one of the largest dealers on the island would take care of me in a timely manner. I was surprised when they told me 2 weeks I would have to wait for an appointment. I explained that I had a ferry crossing in a week. It landed on deaf uncaring ears. When I explained the same situation to Woodward I was scheduled for a Monday appointment. I called on a Friday! Awesome people ?! I plan on moving to NL. I buy big expensive 3500 trucks for me and Cadillacs for my wife! Hickman motors will never see a penny from me ever!!! Woodward you have earned my trust and in turn my future business!

I had an amazing experience with the Staff at Woodward! I came out with my truck with a bed full of Birch Beer and the staff helped me unloaded and they got my truck fixed when nobody else’s would touch it. Thank you to all your amazing staff and mechanics

Great dealership. I have went there for oil changes and repairs not under warranty and always walked away happy with the service and price. That was not the case with the Ontario dealerships I had dealt with before.
