“Thorough and friendly. I had an urgent breakdown happen that I needed fixed quickly. They sourced my parts very fast and were accommodating to get my work done around their appointments to get me back on the road.
Before giving it back they did a test drive, saw an issue, put it back up, and then took another test drive to ensure I was all good.
Greg was fantastic at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. They got me back on the road faster than I could have asked for.

“We are two couples who recently enjoyed a holiday in NFLD. On our drive from Port Rexton to St. John's we got a low tire pressure warning which was getting progressively worst so we decided to stop in Clarenville to have it checked out. We found City Tire & Auto and what a stroke of good luck that was! Natasha who served us was wonderful and basically saved our vacation. The tire couldn't be repaired so a new one was required. Well it's Friday afternoon and if the right tire isn't in Clarenville then it has to come from St. John's......the following Monday! Well Natasha got on the phone and started calling everyone and due to her hard work she found a tire at the local Ford dealership. She even called the rental company to confirm the speed rating was acceptable. The tire was delivered in a flash and installed and balanced.
