“Truck overheated as we passed through Clarenville on a Sunday evening. Called Greg at Autopro as soon as they opened Monday morning. Got me in immediately, got me a ride back to the hotel, had me on the road again by 10. Could have gouged me but charged fair price for the simple hose clamp fix and coolant refill. I'd give 6 stars if I could!”
“We are two couples who recently enjoyed a holiday in NFLD. On our drive from Port Rexton to St. John's we got a low tire pressure warning which was getting progressively worst so we decided to stop in Clarenville to have it checked out. We found City Tire & Auto and what a stroke of good luck that was! Natasha who served us was wonderful and basically saved our vacation. The tire couldn't be repaired so a new one was required. Well it's Friday afternoon and if the right tire isn't in Clarenville then it has to come from St. John's......the following Monday! Well Natasha got on the phone and started calling everyone and due to her hard work she found a tire at the local Ford dealership. She even called the rental company to confirm the speed rating was acceptable. The tire was delivered in a flash and installed and balanced. Thanks to Natasha and City Tire & Auto, we were back on the road in 1.5 hours so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. THANKS NATASHA!Service: Tires”

We came from out of town and the helpful communicatin and quick question answering started before we even arrived.This whole process took no longer than 2 hours to purchase a used vehicle that they were quick to find the information for that they didn't have through their internal system as it was not a Honda.We cannot recommend them more!
