SO DISAPPOINTING. Was NOT mentioned when I arrived to pass in my papers for drop off. I've been going to H&R Block for 17 plus years, and all of a sudden, they DO NOT give A INSTANT cheques REFUNDS anymore. And having to pay more and having to wait 7 to 10 business days. Or get a Master card where your limit to where you can spend your own money plus Master cards. Charge fee A percent every time you use it and charge a fee every month YOU HAVE IT. NO THANK YOU H&R BOLCK. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I WON'T BE BACK.

H&R Block no longer does the instant refunds with checks, Only master cards. Very dissatisfied with there change in operation. Been doing my taxes there for 20 years and now im going somewhere else.

Juanita C. completed my taxes and when I say she was phenomenal, that is not an understatement. This is the second year I’ve had my taxes and my partner’s taxes done and I will never go to anyone else. She’s so helpful, informative and brilliant. She’s a true gem in the H&R block team and the reason H&R block will keep me as a customer for as long as she’s a part of it. Juanita, you rock!

No wait with appointment, professional and quick. Always happy with cost and return. This is the only spot that charges less than tax back on the shore (based on return)

The woman who served me made a comment as I was leaving telling me to make sure I took care of my new baby. I found it mildly inappropriate as I had communicated to her in small talk that I was a single mother by choice (at 28) and did not want to wait to be married to start a family. I feel as if I had been married or older she wouldn't have told me to "make sure to take care of that new baby." She had a condescending overtone, as if I want about to blow my tax return on something frivolous. I will always go back to H&R but I won't go back to this particular woman.
