Hours: Kent Building Supplies: Delivering Quality, Service, and Satisfaction for Over 45 Years Kent Building Supplies has been a trusted name in the home improvement industry for over 45 years, serving customers across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. With 48 retail locations and over 3,400 associates, the company is dedicated to providing its customers with the service, knowledge, and products they need to accomplish their building and renovation goals. The team at Kent Building Supplies takes pride in their mission to be the best source of home improvement products through Friendly, Knowledgeable People, Superior Service, Quality Products, Great Prices, and Guaranteed Satisfaction. Their department experts are always available to offer advice and help customers find the right products to suit their needs. If an item is not in-store, the friendly associates are happy to special order it for the customer. Installation and delivery services are also available. Customers consistently praise the exceptional customer service and friendliness of the staff at Kent Building Supplies. One customer, Keith Hewitt, was particularly impressed with the knowledge and concern shown by the team at the Conception Bay South store. Another customer noted that the smaller store location still maintains a high level of quality and selection, with a staff that provides a personalized, small-business feel. While the company's website could use some improvement, the in-store experience at Kent Building Supplies is consistently positive, with knowledgeable and helpful staff, such as Samantha in the paints department, who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the company's gardening supplies, reporting issues with mold and fungus in the soil, leading to the death of their plants. Overall, Kent Building Supplies is a trusted home improvement retailer that prioritizes customer service, quality products, and community involvement, making it a go-to destination for building and renovation needs in the Atlantic provinces.
