My partner was just treated terribly at this branch, by a young women at the counter. There are only two working during the time.
He had to pick up a credit card and she absolutely made him feel belittled for no apparent reason, and this is unacceptable, I will be going into the branch tomorrow morning to speak to a manager.
She shouldn’t be at work if she’s in a bad mood or working in customer service entirely!!!

They Canceled my account because of inactivity which seems like a very common practice. The reason why I didn’t t really bank there was because I opened my account days before their software crash. I seen co-workers not get paid and miss car payments and this happened a few times and they were not very transparent. I don’t care they canceled it but to have a message appear saying something nefarious is going on with my account and I need to drive there only so you can get your bank card back. Really???

I do a fair bit of Business at this Branch, and have done for 15 plus years. Always found the staff courteous and helpful. Surprised to see so many negative comments. Otherwise, wouldn't have bothered posting.

Hand sanitizer needs to be placed in the area of the bank machines that are visible to users.

I like the newer ATM you can get $5 bills , only drawback you need to print your statement to get your ballance .

I was extremely disappointed in the service from the manager of this location. I was treated very rudely for an very simple issue with a ATM machine to the point I will be seeking a new bank to deal with. Customer service is unbelievable on the negative side

One of the Staff members there are BEYOND rude. Just plain ignorant to the point where I'm actually posting this. zero CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS AT ALL. Wasn't just one bad experience. Many. So I switched banks.
