“Sadly, arriving in Deer Lake (on a Saturday) we picked up a stone chip passenger side.Recommended by the gentleman (Meat Manager) in Foodland, Deer Lake. A great guy, after learning of our dilemma, sought us out in the store to give us particulars. The folks at Pafford worked us in on short notice & we were on our way.Looked after us very well, dealing with insurance company.Good people, excellent customer service.??”

“Had a chip in my window last Friday, which I didn't notice until I was almost home. It was an hour before closing when I called and was told if I can get there by 4:30 they could fix it. So, I jumped back in my car and off I went! Once there I was in and out in 20 minutes. Stsff was super friendly and helpful. Great job done and so far the chip is holding strong.”
