Why does the front line close two hours before close? Seems completely thoughtless

Huge lineups and very long waits. There are not enough tellers and the ones that are working are slow. We've seen one person served in the last 10 mins.

Website indicates is open until 5 PM visit April 9, 2025. There was a sign in the branch indicating teller closed at 3 o’clock. How are you supposed to order Foreign currency when they close at 3:00 And you don’t get off work until 4:00? Very poor customer service
