Says office operation hours from 12-5 on weekend I waited 45 min called 3 time to agnet to show up.
Being local residents of city yet I had charged for premium location fee. As the city office car rental office is marked as off.
I not at all satisfied with treatment, staff behaviour was perfect, just office functioning needs corrections.”
