Hours: Irving Oil is an international refining and marketing company with a history of long-term partnerships and relationships. Founded in 1924, Irving Oil operates Canada's largest refinery in Saint John, New Brunswick, along with more than 900 gas stations and a network of distribution terminals spanning Eastern Canada and New England. It also operates Ireland's only refinery, located in the village of Whitegate. In 2019, Irving Oil expanded its presence in Ireland by acquiring Top Oil, a leading supplier of home heating oil, petrol and diesel fuel. Irving Oil established its European operations in 2014 with an office in London, England, and tankage in Amsterdam. The company's gas stations and restaurants are known for their tasty food, great portion sizes, and fast and friendly service. Customers often visit the restaurants, which are described as "awesome little" places, for the best breakfast in the area. However, some customers have experienced inconsistent food quality, with the cooks sometimes not performing as well as the servers. Additionally, the use of smaller luncheon plates for breakfast has caused issues with the placement of toast, leading to it falling onto the table.
