We are so happy with the service we received at Telus, we lost two phones in a fire and they were so helpful and understanding. Even when the third party insurance wouldn’t help with one of the devices Telus Escalation Team removed the device and any fees and sent us to the store to get a new device set up in place of the old one. Both Jason and Steven were extremely helpful on both trips we made to Telus. We are so thankful for their help!

Came in to purchase a new phone. Already have an account with Telus. Three employees in there and no one else. Two would rather talk and other ignored me while staring at their cell phone. I'm going to Eastlink in St. John's. Better service and gave me a quote over the phone in no time.

Honestly, the worst experience. The representative not only charged an additional fee without letting us know. I have never heard of a $35 charge as a service fee and then an additional $50 for activation just to keep my services with them. I upgraded my phone that was already with TELUS so I already paid the activation fee. On top of explicitly not addressing that the service fee was going to be charged, they just updated my plan adding an additional $10 to my bill on top of it all without tell me. Honestly, the biggest disappointment ever and I even worked in the telecommunication industry. This is just blatant disrespect to the CRTC. Would leave a zero star if possible.

Hard to get anyone to answer a call to conform business hours. Telus website says one set of hours and google says another. I wasted a 30 min drive each way yesterday and still can't get anyone to answer.

Unable to help with koodo issues dispite being an authorized dealer and that is understandable but the gentleman was rude about the hole thing.
