* 15 months later... nothing resolved. .. this is the worst I have ever seen in any industry. Cant even get a debit card that works.. first the blamed the estate department now they blame the west...we were just out west... they couldnt fix anything either.6 months later... went to get her a new card.. she can't get one.. still problem with her account.. again she had to relive the whole husband died situation.. it needs to stop. Get your act to together. If I had my way... She would not be dealing with this bank.20 minutes in line up att his bank.. that's pretty standard at this location.It's been 7 months, four appointments dragging my 80 year old mother out , just trying to get my name on an account. Each time we are sent home and told its been taken care of. Absolute worst experience with a bank... x4...Quote from banker to a grieving widow .. "what we have to do is wipe out his info like he never existed ."

Great customer service. Switched all my insurances, credit offerings, mortgage and more over from another bank. The offerings are much better than any other bank I was researching, ATMs have lots of options, but most of all their customer service is truthful and they actually take the time to help solve your needs.

I've always had great service at this RBC branch in the Exploits Valley Mall. The opening hours could be better (but they are RBC standard for most branches - 10 to 5 Monday to Friday). Both the tellers/CSRs and financial service representatives are friendly and the atmosphere overall is very positive at this branch. Parking is sometimes quite a bit away but that's not a fault of the branch, just the additional traffic at the mall lately.
