We moved to Grand Falls-Windsor two years ago and needed some financial help. We had the privilege of dealing with Tammy Kirby. She was a wealth of knowledge and treated us like family. Very promptly responds to our requests and questions.

Terrible experience every visit. Wait time of 40 minutes, never enough tellers for the huge lineups. Mediocre service and very slow. Avoid it if you can, take your business just about anywhere else.
