“By far one of the best experiences I have had with rentals. I have had the pleasure of renting from this location for work a few times now. Every time they some how find a way to make it batter and better. For example Jacqui, is the embodiment of going above and beyond. Not only does she know us by name which is so impressive as we only rent for one day at a time. But she's personable and a solution provider. I came to rent and my bosses card was not yet on file so instead of saying politely sorry call your boss have him call me ect ect big song and dance... she's like hey no problem I'll give him a call and sorted it all for in in minutes!!! She's a true asset to the company. All the vehicles are in mint condition and well maintained. I require many rentals for my job from multiple places and honestly I full recommend if you're deciding between here or somewhere else close by just go here. I've never had a single complaint which is to be expected but their personal touches in so many ways absolutely make me feel like a genuine person vs just another customer. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.”
