“On August 17, 2022, I went into the Car Quest in Lewisporte, Newfoundland looking for a fuel pressure regulator for a 2005 Buick Century, since my car had a strong gassy smell in the cab while I was driving. At the time, I was on vacation in Newfoundland (visiting from Ontario) and I was hoping to locate one soon so I wouldn't lose a day (or days) trying to get this fixed.The three guys who worked there, Craig (the owner, I believe), Barry, and Dwayne went above and beyond with exceptional customer service!! Not only were they able to find the part in Gander (which was hard, since the car is 17 years old and there were only 2 matching parts in the whole province), they went and got it for me, and then found a mechanic to install it for me the SAME DAY!! This allowed me to continue my vacation that day, and it only took a few hours!! And they were friendly and talkative to boot!!Thanks again guys for doing an outstanding job!! You guys exemplify what it means to be a true Newfoundlander!!”
