Bought a defective $1000 Quartz winter jacket (zipper not working reliably, splitting apart), and brought back for refund 1 week later. Manager refused to believe the issue, said "nothing we can do about it", refused refund, very patronizing (suggesting I don't know how to use a zipper). Stay away from this coat and store, I will not be shopping here again.
