Not the best customer service. The girl at the front desk didn't even bother to listen to a query and just kept pointing to the other person while he was on the phone. Happened three times.
I called and they said they didn't have the specific part and I went in-person the same day and they had the part, paid for it and they told me that I will receive a call when it's ready for pickup.
Nobody called, kept trying the phone number after 4 pm so they don't close on me. Likely the same girl picked up the phone twice and put me on hold right away without even listening. Went to the place right away and the part was actually ready for pickup.
Doesn't look like they want a repeat customer

Be careful before you give them your credit card information. After paying $4230 for a used transmission (that’s right, $4230 for a 9 year old, dodge caravan transmission), they processed the same charge a second time, 2 days later. Trying to get the charge reversed, I tried calling multiple times a day, for days and was unable to get anyone on the phone or to call me back. The additional charges had put my credit card over limit and I was unable to use it. Finally after a week of trying I was able to speak with a person. After talking with 4 different people, eventually I was able to get a refund but it was a bit late at that point. The bank had charged me a $30 over limit fee and Ive had to pay interest on the fraudulent charges.

Used parts are very expensive for the condition they’re in. Was gonna get charged 160 for a used corroded starter motor, got remanufactured AC Delco starter for 178. The lady at the reception desk was not the nicest person either. If you can’t be nice, maybe don’t be the first contact for customers.

I always deal with Randy, he's my go to man. If he can't solve the problem he can point me in the right direction. Never every had a issue he is fabulous.

Phone there to enquire about a part the guy in parts was the most ignorant rudest person ever.This guy should definitely not work with the public.I will not buy from here.

The worst job I ever worked. I have put up with alot of garbage jobs in my life but this was by far the worst.The dismantlers are lazy sooky babies, everyone else is miserable, it was frowned apon to take breaks, the workload is unachievable, the main manager was useless and buys shirts at baby gap and the Fleetwood manager is the biggest clown there.I will never support any of the businesses the owner owns.Do not work here. Please God, do not work here.
