Oil Change near Mount Pearl, NL

“Everything was fantastic. Speed efficiency customer service all great. From time i entered to time I left 15 minutes max . I was super impressed. My customer service interface was with Aiden Spencer he was phenomenal. Sometimes quick in practice becomes abrupt or clipped. Not this guy fast efficient friendly but was all there in the moment. He showed me everything made sure I understood and moved on to the next without making me feel like I was being rushed or dismissed. If he is this good with all his customers he deserves to be recognized (also a raise, just saying). The young fella in the pit under my vehicle also quick and efficient. All in all I was impressed with everything including the price. I will be going to them again”

“I had an excellent experience at Mr. Lube in Torbay. Lionel provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

The service was quick, efficient, and made the whole experience very easy. It's great to see someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Thank you, Lionel, for the wonderful service. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location to others!”

“Came in for an oil change earlier today on the 28th of January and was told my oil was leaking and advised it may be in my best interest to wait on getting my oil changed, and that it could cost me more to do it before getting the leak fixed, I was really appreciative that they had my best interest in mind and even better yet they offered to top up my oil, coolant and windshield washer fluid for no charge for “choosing them in the first place” which I thought was funny because pit crew is always my go to on the east end, if you need an oil change go to these guys instead of a big corporation like Mr. Lube, I’m sure they would’ve been all too happy to take my money even if it’s costing me more later”
