If I could give no stars, I would. This entire business needs an overhaul, starting with management. Not fit to talk to, rude , ignorant and laughed at things I didn't understand. Absolutely disgusting service , I won't be bringing my SUV back there.

Staff and service are great! The staff were super friendly every time I spoke to them. Even charged me less than I was quoted. 10/10 recommend!

Took them all day to get to my car and when they finally got it done they put on winter studs with tips no sharper than my fingernails.The stupid things wore out to the tread in about 2 weeks!!Complete waste of my time and money

Got a complete brake job done on my vehicle incuding the park brake. Picked it up at end of day on a Friday during my drive home (just a 5 minute drive away) from this business I heard a terrible squealing noise that shouldn't be there after having all this work done. Monday morning brought it back again because I could also smell heat coming from the front passenger tire that turned out to be a bad bearing. Got that replaced. Still got the squealing noise going on to date. So far they said they checked the breaks out and took it for a test run agreed they could hear the squealing but couldn't find anything wrong with the pads or rotors and that maybe it's just something that will go away on it's own over the next couple of days. I gave it time and returned to say the squealing is getting worse and it's there more often than before. So, they replaced the pads under warranty and I had to once again pay for the labour. I don't think that I should have to pay for anything, that was covered under warranty much less the labour. This time they said they discovered something protruding from the rear caliper and the caliper will have to be replaced and to come back on Monday to have that addressed. I'll be back on Monday but, not happy with the service as the calipers were brought to their attention long before this and they said they inspected them but couldn't see anything wrong with them either at the time now suddenly there is something there. I've been going back and forth to this business with brake related issues for the full duration of over 2+ weeks being put off for one excuse or reason or another only to have to return with no improvements to the job they done on my vehicle. It's been nothing but a nightmare for me from start to finish. Monday it's back for a caliper replacement if that doesn't take care of the constant squealing I'll have to look at small claims court as I can't even get the manager there to call me or email me as I've left messages with no response.

What a horrible experience!! Took my truck driving 100 km hour and less than 50 km driven and tire almost came off!! Could turn the front tire with my bare fingers! Tried to talk to the manager and after calling 6 times no response! Could have killed me and my passenger!! STAY AWAY!
