“Hi, just returned from Marks Work Warehouse Galway store in St. John’s, NL. Had a great experience that I wanted to acknowledge. A gentleman, Marcus served my husband and l in the men’s footwear department. Now my husband is a very particularly hard man to please as he doesn’t like change and would have bought the same Merrill boots that he had on again, which we bought at Marks years ago, of course everything changes and improves. lol. Marcus was so knowledgeable and had so much patience, not pushy or impatient, he selected a couple of pairs of boots for my husband. Then he went and searched to find a particular pair of Merrill’s, they fit my husband perfectly. They instantly connected as Marcus had listened to what my husband wanted and Marcus delivered 100%. I cannot recommend Marcus’s attitude, kindness, efficiency and the extra effort he went to, to make my husband a very happy man high enough. Thank you so much for making our trip to your store such a pleasant one. Marcus is a 10 out of 10. ?”

“Great winners just like the rest. Usually one of the better stocked than the locations in St. John’s/mount pearl. Staff is friendly and they keep the store as tidy as possible. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that it’s pretty dark compared to other locations. For some that could be a sensory dream!

“This is a great old navy. There is a great selection here, you can find anything for any occasion. The only reason for the 4 star review is that this location is quite busy, so the more popular sizes go pretty fast.”
“I purchased a ring from the store when it first opened a few years ago. I’ve had it ever since and recently wanted a second one for a family member. The owner didn’t have them in stock anymore but helped me find an almost identical one elsewhere. Was super sweet and I really appreciated it”

“I was in the store June 1st 2019, it was a Saturday night around 9pm. Anyways, I recently lost a little bit of weight and was looking for jeans, which is a nightmare FYI because I have really bad anxiety as well. But one of the employees there, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, helped me find a pair of jeans to try on and it really made me feel comfortable and way less anxious. So thank you. I really appreciate it, and if I knew their name I'd mention it because whoever your boss is should really give you praise. Thank you.”
“I had a pair of jeans and the material was flawed. So I emailed to see if there was anything I could do. Thankfully, I returned them without a hassle. I contacted support who then told me to go in person where I was treated kindly and I was able to exchange the jeans. Great staff :)”
