Closed for literally every holiday, including municipal holidays from OTHER municipalities. I literally have to take a day off work because BMO forgot to send me a new credit card.

Had to deal with a very personal matter here at this location in Paradise and left with a much better feeling then when I arrived. Thank you for your compassion. I don't remember your name but your empathy was definetly felt.

This was our first time visiting this branch, and I have to say, I'm somewhat disappointed with the lack of professionalism here.
First of all, we overhear a banker talking to one of the customers about their loan discharge, all the while eating their lunch.
Then another teller was speaking to a customer about a fraud that was committed.
I would say that privacy is not priority here, which makes me somewhat nervous about activating an account here.
We then opened our account with Erin and she was amazing. Very helpful and great to deal with.
