“Fantastic staff. I asked a fairly difficult question about a product suggestion for my elderly Black Lab. The young lady spent 20 minutes reviewing and suggesting products that might help. We decided on a choice and I have been administering for the last 2 weeks, my boy seems to be responding wonderfully and I'm not taxing his liver with the Vet medicine. Wonderful folks”

“Pet city is a store id recommend as somebody who rescues animals, and volunteers with rescues as well. It's very refreshing to see a pet store like pet city, that actually houses all of their animals in appropriate homes. The staff are knowledgeable as well, you won't get any of those harmful recommendations that you'd often get from the chain store, or the stores that're in it for profit. Pet city genuinely cares about every animal they have, and if you couldn't see it from the amazing enclosures they have around the store, talking to the staff will make you realize quickly that this isn't just a job to them, and they put the animals well beings first.

Would support again, and I recommend this store to anybody that's truely an animal lover.

Please research months before deciding to adopt or buy. It's not up to the staff of the stores to teach you everything, you should already know a lot of it. Their well-being matters!!!”
