Like everyone, when we change tires for the season so its very busy twice a year and you are best off dropping your vehicle off for the day. They commit to your tires changed by end of day or will advise if they are full. Knowing and expecting that ahead of time is good to be prepared for.”

The manager “Ryan” of this location is an absolute star! He has taken care of me everytime I walk in there. I had an alignment done on my wife’s car and a couple months later the tires were destroyed from uneven wear. It was so severe that they not only repeated the alignment but gave me new tires! Even after it was found out that the alignment was still within specs we couldn’t figure out why it would happen. They went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. They are helping me figure out the mystery as well. Everytime I go in that store they are so eager to assist you and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Please give them your business they deserve it and you won’t be disappointed. The manager absolutely needs a raise and acknowledgment of his dedication to Kaltire customers. I am a customer for life and a promoter of this business to everyone I talk to. Thank you so much for being awesome at your job!”
