Helpful spot for a few groceries, not many other options in town. Some fresh vegetables and fruit as well as milk and a few other dairy products. They also had some frozen meals like m&m meats.

Ironically enough the pharmasave has the best selection of craft beers in Rocky Harbour (see my review of the anchor pub). Great staff, great vibes and close to the hostel.
