Great first morning greet from Sam today at Aldo Av Mall, NL . Friendly, told me about the sales, was quick efficient and delighted to do so. We had a quick chat at the counter and I talked about my retired Veteran husband. And me buying more shoes 🤦🏼♀️. She reminded me of the veteran discount 🇨🇦 ! 20% off! Nice 👍🏻. It was my 2nd purchase of same style boot!! 👢 obsessed! Aldo Nice quality indeed!

My husband and I visited the Aldo store in the Avalon Mall and had an amazing shopping experience thanks to Riley's exceptional customer service! Riley was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Riley went above and beyond to ensure my husband found the perfect shoes, answering all his questions and offering great recommendations.

The salespeople's behavior is outstanding. They guided me well so that I would be satisfied with my choice, and even though it is not part of their policy to take back worn shoes, they still accepted the return.

There is an employee named Riley at the Avalon Mall store in NL who is one of the best customer service providers I have met working in a retail setting in a long time. This afternoon ( 18th of December), I walked to the store to ask about the return of a pair of heels I bought in the store. I have worn them once in the party and they were uncomfortable. The associates said I couldn’t return them because they were worn which I accepted. As soon as I walked out of the store, the 2 ladies(associates) started laughing at me at the back. It is very rude and unprofessional to see something like this. I have bought lots of shoes and bags from the store. You don’t expect to be treated like that for an exchange or return.Wouldn’t go back, wouldn’t recommend.

I came into Aldo. Immediately greeted by two friendly energetic men. I think one was Anthony according to my receipt. I will not shop in a store if the staff do not take the time to say hello as I come in when I know they've seen me. So the fact they immediately acknowledged me was excellent. I had some bags with me and my jacket over my arm and they told me to come sit down and said you should sit down , be comfortable. I was looking for a simple pump, neutral to go with an outfit I had just bought for a special evening. They immediately recommended just what I was looking for. They brought me out boxes in my sizes. Tried them on. Loved it. All the while we were talking about everything. The fact they were so helpful is why I not only bought one, but bought two pairs (Carmel and black Serenit) plus a cute clutch that was on the counter. By the time I left I felt like I had two new friends. Will shop again, and will recommend. Thanks guys! :)
