Rylie is absolutely amazing! I completely got the time wrong for my appointment and not only did she accommodate me in the moment, she remembered doing my brows before. She was so lovely and cheerful and fun and made the entire experience a delight. Not only did I walk away with PERFECT brows, thanks to her, but some great products that she recommended that I only casually alluded to, but she knew exactly what I meant and knew what I was looking for. Omg. Rylie was lovely, but this BrowBar concept is a big NO. No!!! $100+ to sit on a tiny, very uncomfortable stool in the middle of a busy retail store to get your eyebrows done...? No, never again. Don't do it! You can pay the same $ and be pampered in a lovely, private space at a proper salon or spa. I thought they'd at least poke you in private corner of the store. Nope! Shocking. You're literally perched uncomfortably right at the very end of an aisle in Sephora. There is no 'brow bar'. It isnt a real thing, lol. Never again. Customers coming down the aisle were literally bumping into the lovely young woman as she was trying to do my brows. For $100+...! It's honestly too comical too be upsetting. Lesson learned ? Don't book this. Go to a real place for this kind of money.
